Greek Island Reset: Rest, Reflect, Replenish

Join Claire for a nourishing week of yoga, meditation, and exploration on the island of Paros, Greece. Each day will begin with an energizing vinyasa flow practice and close with a slower, more restorative session—meditation, yoga nidra, and guided relaxation to help your whole system exhale. This blend of practices is designed to leave you feeling grounded, calm, and deeply relaxed. In between, there will be time for group excursions, spacious days to rest, and plenty of opportunities to connect with a kind, like-hearted group of travelers. This retreat is an invitation to step out of your daily rhythm, to gently reset your nervous system, tend to your body, and remember what it feels like to be truly rested and well-fed in every sense.

FAQ

What airport do I fly into?

You will book your international ticket into and out of Paros Airport (airport code: PAS). If you wish to arrive a day early to settle in and get acclimated, we can request additional nights at our group accommodation. Please contact us directly for pre-night stay rates.

You may also choose to fly into Athens and take a ferry to Paros Port instead of flying directly to Paros. This can be a scenic and cost-effective option. We recommend booking your ferry with SeaJets, which offers high-speed service from Piraeus Port in Athens to Paros. Be sure to allow adequate time for transfer between the Athens airport and the ferry terminal when planning your travel.

What are the accommodations like?

Mythic Paros offers a serene blend of laid-back luxury and Cycladic charm. Perched on a hillside with sweeping sea views, the hotel features stylish, boho-inspired rooms, many with private plunge pools or outdoor hot tubs. Guests can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, saltwater infinity pools, and wellness offerings that create a truly restorative island escape.

Are airport transfers included?

Private airport transfers are included in your trip price on the first and last days of the retreat—September 19th and 26th—no matter what time your flight arrives or departs. Our hotel is just a short 10-minute drive from Paros Airport.

If you’re planning to extend your stay before or after the retreat dates, please arrange your own transportation. Taxis are readily available at the airport and are an easy option.

Are meals included?

All breakfasts and 4 dinners are included in the price of your trip. Any additional lunches should be included in your planned budget.

Are spa services available?

Yes, spa services are available. The resort's Cavo Senso Spa offers a variety of treatments, including deep-tissue, hot stone, sports, and Swedish massages, as well as detoxifying body treatments and revitalizing facials. These services are designed to promote relaxation and holistic well-being.

Are gratuities included?

Gratuities are not included in the price of your trip. Gratuities are shared by staff, housekeeping, or other employees helping you throughout the week, and then an additional tip is always appreciated. We suggest a budget of around $10/day per guest.

Do I need travel insurance?

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect both you and your investment. Unexpected events—such as personal emergencies, health issues, political or environmental factors, or weather disruptions—can arise and affect travel plans.

For the maximum coverage, be sure to purchase your policy within 7–10 days of your initial deposit. Please note that, as we must adhere to our cancellation policy, you will be responsible for any costs if you choose not to have coverage. While we do not advise on specific policies, we recommend exploring options through the reputable travel insurance aggregator, InsureMyTrip. They can help you select a travel insurance provider and policy that best suits your needs.

Do I need a Visa to visit Greece?

U.S. citizens traveling to Greece for tourism do not need a visa for stays of up to 90 days within a 180-day period.

IMPORTANT: If your passport expires within six months of your arrival date to Greece, please be sure to renew your passport before you go to avoid any issues at immigration. There are no exceptions.

What if I am traveling alone?

We love solo-travelers and we have hundreds join us every year on retreat! If you prefer to share your room and are traveling alone, we will do our best to match you with another traveler of the same gender. If we are not able to find you a roommate for the room category you initially booked, we may need to move you to an alternate rooming type. In some cases, a discounted single supplement fee may need to be applied to your invoice. We will communicate this directly to you via email before your departure.

What is the payment and cancellation policy?

A $1000 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot on the trip. The final balance payment is due by June 4, 2026. If you cancel before the final balance deadline, we will refund any payments you have made, minus the non-refundable deposit. If you do not complete the payment by June 4, 2026, the card on file will be automatically charged your remaining balance on that date to secure your space on the retreat, unless we have advised otherwise. If you register for the trip after June 4, 2026, the full payment amount is due upon registration. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable after June 4, 2026. International Yoga must strictly adhere to its cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
