Grounding, Deep, Thematic & Alignment-Based
my practice, my teachers, my students & nature

Born and raised in Hungary, Andrea Forizs studied economics and business and worked in marketing. In 2012, she moved to Mallorca where she turned her passion for traveling into a business and founded Breathspiration. The company has been successfully hosting retreats since 2013 in Mallorca, Greece, Italy, Morocco, Hungary, Egypt, and Kenya. Breathspiration’s expertise is in designing and running retreats in unusual locations; offering deep insight into local culture, culinary adventures, and personal connections, while also providing comfortable and safe environments for travelers.
This experience is designed as a true yoga retreat—an opportunity to slow down, reset, and immerse yourself in daily practice amidst the beauty of southern Italy. We’ll be based at one stunning property for the entire week, creating the perfect environment to settle in, restore, and enjoy the unhurried rhythm of retreat life.
While yoga and relaxation are at the heart of our week, we’ll also weave in enriching cultural excursions that capture the essence of Puglia. These include a tour through the trulli villages of Alberobello and Locorotondo, a coastal day exploring Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, and a visit to the baroque city of Lecce. Each outing is thoughtfully curated to deepen your connection to the region’s beauty and culture—but they’re always optional.
You’re equally welcome to spend the day lounging by the pool, indulging in a massage, or savoring the peaceful simplicity of life at the masseria.
Our boutique hotel, nestled in the heart of Puglia near Manduria, is a beautifully restored 15th-century farmhouse surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Rooms are spread around charming courtyards, and each is unique in size, layout, and design. All feature en-suite bathrooms, heating/cooling, and thoughtful, artisanal decor. Expect rustic-luxe comfort, beautiful common spaces, and plenty of privacy across this expansive countryside property.
You will book your international ticket into and out of Brindisi Salento Airport (BDS).

We love solo-travelers and we have hundreds join us every year on retreat! If you prefer to share your room and are traveling alone, we will do our best to match you with another traveler of the same gender. If we are not able to find you a roommate for the room category you initially booked, we may need to move you to an alternate rooming type. In some cases, a discounted single supplement fee may need to be applied to your invoice. We will communicate this directly to you via email prior to your departure.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect both you and your investment. Unexpected events—such as personal emergencies, health issues, political or environmental factors, or weather disruptions—can arise and affect travel plans.
For the maximum coverage, be sure to purchase your policy within 7–10 days of your initial deposit. Please note that, as we must adhere to our cancellation policy, you will be responsible for any costs if you choose not to have coverage. While we do not advise on specific policies, we recommend exploring options through the reputable travel insurance aggregator, InsureMyTrip. They can help you select a travel insurance provider and policy that best suits your needs.
Gratuities are not included in the price of your trip. Gratuities are shared by staff, housekeeping or other employees helping you throughout the week then an additional tip is always appreciated. We suggest a budget of around $10/day per guest.
Attendance varies from trip to trip, but 15-25 attendees is a general average.
A $ 1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on the trip. The final balance payment is due by February 4, 2026. If you cancel before the final balance deadline, we will refund any payments you have made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
